We had talked to people in our building that told us they moved people out of five rooms because of the AC. I went back later and was told it would be fixed in a hour. I told the preferred desk about it and they said they’d have someone look at it. After the first night I told the front desk. The room we first had the temperature wouldn’t never go lower than 78 degrees. This is a beautiful resort with a great staff.
